    Assess current maturity

Evaluate 11 AI dimensions to understand what is established, performing, and delivering results.

What is actually standing in the way?
    Gap diagnosis

Identify missing, underdeveloped, fragmented, or misaligned capabilities and their underlying causes.

    What should we prioritize?
    Build your AI roadmap

Prioritize the right interventions, sequence dependencies, and map the path from foundational fixes to scale and reinvention.

    WHAT IT COVERS

    Which dimensions does it score?

The assessment evaluates 11 AI dimensions across four areas to show whether your organization can direct AI toward business value, embed it into how work gets done, scale it reliably, and manage it responsibly. Each dimension is assessed against the maturity your AI ambition requires.

The assessment takes about 8 minutes and includes 16 questions: 5 to define your AI goals and context, followed by 11 to assess your current capabilities.

AI readiness depends on what your organization wants to achieve. Defining your goals first helps determine the maturity required across each dimension, so you can focus on the capabilities that matter most rather than aiming for maximum maturity everywhere.

Your answers establish the maturity your goals require across 11 dimensions and assess your current capabilities on a five-point scale. The assessment compares the two to identify where you meet requirements and where gaps remain. Higher scores require effective performance and measurable outcomes, not just the presence of a capability.

You'll see your AI readiness level immediately after completing the assessment, including how many dimensions meet your required maturity. With your work email, you can access a detailed report covering your AI Goals Profile, AI Maturity Fingerprint, strengths, capability gaps, and a prioritized roadmap.

The online assessment provides an indicative, self-reported view of your AI readiness. The full assessment goes deeper, using evidence such as system telemetry, architecture reviews, usage data, and structured interviews to validate current maturity, investigate root causes, and develop an adaptive transformation roadmap.
