It’s a great pleasure to announce that our Co-Founder and CEO, Chetan Alsisaria, has been named to AIM's "Next 15 AI CEOs in America 2026", AIM Research's pick of the leaders shaping the next wave of enterprise AI in the United States. The recognition follows his earlier nod as a 2025 AI Champion on Dallas Innovates' AI 75 list, which spotlights the top AI leaders across the Dallas-Fort Worth region, where Polestar Analytics, is now headquartered.
What stands out in Chetan's work is a focus on agentic AI that enterprises can act on, rather than just experiment with: systems that move organizations from scattered data to decisions made in the flow of business. It's a conviction he believes in, arguing that durable advantage comes from platforms with deep vertical expertise rather than generic, horizontal tooling. Allowing them to build clean, connected data flowing through the models and agents making decisions on a daily basis, maintaining a single source of truth.
- Depth across industries and platforms. Polestar Analytics works with large global enterprises across CPG, retail, manufacturing, pharma, and financial services. It meets them on the data and planning ecosystems they already run on, including Databricks, Microsoft, Anaplan, Snowflake, AWS, and Google Cloud. - A voice in the wider AI community. Beyond Polestar Analytics, Chetan is the Founder and Chair of CAIO Circle, a nonprofit think tank founded in 2024 for Chief AI Officers and enterprise AI leaders. As he describes its purpose, the goal is "to inspire innovation and create meaningful, lasting change with AI," a reminder that how AI is adopted matters as much as how quickly it is built.
