Problem Statement
Our client relies heavily on supply chain, logistics and production operations and the aligned workforce for its day-to-day operations. Yet, with lack of automation and unwanted dependencies on manual processes it was challenging to have an integrated and unified data analytics and reporting. - Limited Visibility of data meant lack of real-time insights and Reactive Management.
- Disparate system creating data Silos and Reporting Challenges.
