As the former leader of MGM's sourcing programs, she was instrumental in implementing best-in-class solutions and spearheading the source-through-pay transformation. Before MGM, Amanda was Associate Director at Kraft-Heinz, where she streamlined processes, focused on cost reduction, and enhanced supplier relationships and technologies. With experience across various Procurement roles in the CPG industry, Amanda received the SIG Sourcing Star 2023 award and has been featured in several prominent industry publications for her insights.
Currently, Amanda is the Founder and Chief Wonder Officer at Wonder Services, a consultancy that revolutionizes Procurement organizations through digital transformation, emphasizing user experience and sustainable change. A passionate advocate for the Procurement community, Amanda founded the Global Women Procurement Professionals (GWPP), the first global organization dedicated to empowering women in Procurement and elevating the profession's impact.
