Having spent a decade at PepsiCo and now driving innovation at Diageo, Vipin is renowned for her ability to simplify complexity and steer teams through ambiguity with hands-on expertise. As a champion of operational excellence, she oversees critical corporate functions and has recently established the GenAI Centre of Excellence, delivering seven high-impact AI use cases in record time. Passionate about continuous learning, Vipin holds advanced certifications from Microsoft, MIT, and ISB, and is deeply committed to developing talent and fostering a culture of growth. Beyond work, she is an avid artist and sculptor, bringing creativity and vision to every endeavour.
